UX Designer Job Responsibilities
- Identifying user needs while conducting user research & testing;
- Designing user interfaces and developing interaction models;
- Creating user personas & user flows;
- Defining usability testing requirements;
- Performance of analysis & user testing;
- The opportunity to resolve usability issues during the design process;
- Reporting on UX design activities;
- Provision of the guidance & feedback to other Globaloom team members.
UX Designer Requirements
- Full-time employment (online format on a concratual basis);
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design, computer science, or similar disciplines;
- The possibility to design mobile apps, software user interfaces, landing pages, and undertake similar tasks;
- The opportunity to deliver user-centered design principals;
- The task to undertake UX prototyping & wireframing;
- Knowledge of various analytics tools like Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Adobe SiteCatalyst, CrazyEgg, etc.;
- Knowledge of specific UI/UX tools – Balsamiq, Figma, etc.;
- Using helpful designer’s tools like Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, etc.;
